Decide the viewing order before the appointment

Pain Points

What goes wrong on a viewing tour

  • ! Properties are spread out, so the order changes the day length
  • ! Misjudging viewing length pushes the afternoon back
  • ! Arrival times you promised the client slip

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set the viewing length?

Set dwell time per property. When several properties are similar, applying the same length to all of them is quickest.

What if a property is added or cancelled on the day?

Add or remove the stop and recalculate. You can reorder the rest while you are already on the road.

Can I share arrival times with the client?

You can read the calculated arrival times and pass them on by email or message. Sending them from the app is not available today.

Shorten the planning
