Google Maps Alternative

Review your stop order, then open Google Maps

Use your Go(od)Route plan alongside your map app. This guide explains how to check the schedule, open the next leg, and return to the plan before continuing.

Best for: People manually reordering multiple destinations in Google Maps

Review your stop order, then open Google Maps

From a stop order to navigation in Google Maps

After ordering your stops in Go(od)Route, choose the next leg from the result and open Google Maps. Review the stop order and estimated arrivals in Go(od)Route, then follow directions in your map app.

  1. 1. Review the plan before leaving

Check receiving hours and stop durations against the estimated schedule. Displayed times are not guaranteed arrival times.

  2. 2. Open the next leg

Use the map button for the leg in the route result. Check its start point if you are leaving from a different location.

  3. 3. Return before the next stop

After that leg, return to Go(od)Route to review the next destination. This is a navigation handoff, not automatic delivery management.

To add your destinations first, read the bulk address input guide .

Current limits and how the app works

How many destinations can I calculate?

Route calculation currently supports 10 destinations on both Free and Pro. The Pro input screen allows 30, but calculations with 11 or more do not complete. Bulk parsing limits of 20/100 lines are separate from the calculation limit.

Is data sent outside my device?

History, notes and photos are stored on your device. Place searches and route calculations send addresses, place information and coordinates to our server, which sends the necessary data to map services. Opening an external map or calendar also passes the selected places or schedule to that service.

How do Pro purchases and trials work?

Purchase Pro inside the iOS or Android app; Web purchases are unavailable. Check the purchase screen for regional prices and eligibility for the 7-day free trial. Cloud sync and team management are not currently provided.

Is the shortest route guaranteed?

Calculate a suggested order using travel times. Set departure and stop durations or fix positions in the order. The shortest route is not guaranteed. Target arrival times trigger late warnings; they do not automatically constrain the route.

Pain Points

Where Google Maps alone can fall short

  • ! The best stop order still needs manual thinking
  • ! Recurring business routes are hard to reuse as records
  • ! Notes, photos, and visit plans live elsewhere
  • ! Recent routes are hard to reopen offline

Solution

What Go(od)Route adds

  • ✓ Auto-sort multiple stops into a shorter order
  • ✓ Open each leg in Google Maps or Apple Maps
  • ✓ Save routes, history, notes, and visit-plan reports
