1. Using the App

The App is a single-player puzzle for personal entertainment on compatible devices. Minors should obtain parental consent where necessary. The App is preparing for release, and availability and content may change.

2. Payments and advertising

The current prerelease version has no paid items, subscriptions, or ad-removal purchases. Ads are also disabled. We will explain the content and conditions of future ads or paid features in the App or on this website. You are responsible for your connectivity charges.

3. Game data and items

Progress and items are stored on your device. Items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred to others. There is no app-operated cloud sync, and recovery after deletion, reinstallation, or a device change is not guaranteed.

4. Rights and prohibited conduct

Rights in the App’s code, artwork, audio, and other content belong to us or their lawful owners. Third-party assets and libraries are governed by their respective licenses.

Do not use the App unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, obtain rewards through unauthorized modifications, or interfere with its operation. These terms do not restrict conduct permitted by applicable law or open-source licenses.

5. Changes and technical issues

We may modify or suspend features or distribution to improve the App or address technical needs. Where possible, significant changes will be announced in advance.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability beyond what consumer-protection and other applicable laws allow.

6. Privacy, updates, and contact

Information is handled according to the App’s privacy policy. When these terms change, we will update the revision date and announce significant changes on this site or in the App.
