Privacy policy

1. Current availability

The App is in development and preparing for release. Ads are disabled in the prerelease version as of September 13, 2026. There are no accounts, purchases, app-operated cloud sync, or separate app analytics.

Before providing a version with ads enabled, we will update this page to describe its availability and data practices. The advertising sections below describe planned functionality, not advertising currently being served.

2. Game data on your device

The App stores the following data on your device to resume play, maintain progress, and apply your preferences. Its game-saving feature does not send this data to our servers.

• Your current board, unlocked and completed stages, best times, and elapsed play time
• Item inventory and records of use and rewards
• Clear counts and the handling of advertising opportunities
• Music, sound, vibration, and visual-effect preferences

3. Support requests

If you contact us, we process your email address, message, and any optional screenshots or device details to respond, investigate issues, and provide follow-up support. Please do not send passwords, advertising identifiers, other people’s personal information, or details unrelated to your request.

We use an email service for correspondence. We keep information only as needed for support and delete it when no longer required, except where follow-up support or legal retention is necessary. You may contact us to request deletion of your correspondence.

4. Planned advertising data practices

If ads are enabled in a future version, we plan to use Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), provided by Google LLC, for ads between stages and optional rewarded ads.

For ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention, Google’s SDK may collect and share:

• IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them
• Device and OS information, advertising IDs, and app-related identifiers
• App and ad interactions, including views, taps, and video viewing
• Diagnostics and performance information, including crashes, launch time, and hangs

5. Advertising consent and choices

In versions with ads enabled, we plan to use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) where required to obtain consent and determine whether ads may be requested. Where available for your region and consent state, you can change your choices through “設定・ルール” (Settings & rules) → “広告のプライバシー設定” (Ad privacy settings). Versions with ads disabled do not use the advertising consent flow.

The current iOS implementation does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission or access IDFA. If tracking is introduced, we will provide the necessary disclosures, request permission, and update this policy. Android advertising ID choices can be managed in your device’s advertising or privacy settings.

The main game remains playable when ads are unavailable. Watching rewarded ads is optional.

6. Retention, deletion, and backups

Local game data remains until you clear the App’s data or delete the App. On iOS, “Offload App” keeps data; choose “Delete App” if you also want to remove its data.

There is no app-operated cloud sync or transfer feature. Android app backups are disabled. Operating-system backup and restore behavior, including on iOS, also depends on device features and settings. Manage any OS-level backups through the relevant service settings.

We do not retain game progress on our servers and cannot guarantee recovery after reinstallation or a device change. Since there are no accounts, there is no account-deletion procedure. If advertising is introduced, retention and deletion of information handled by Google will follow Google’s policies and your settings.

7. Sharing and security

We do not sell personal information. Apart from necessary processing by our email provider, advertising providers if introduced, and disclosures required by law or similar obligations, we do not provide personal information to third parties.

We take reasonable measures to limit unnecessary access to information. Google Mobile Ads SDK communications use encryption. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is being developed as a general-audience puzzle, not a service specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Parents or guardians may contact us if a child has accidentally sent personal information, and we will respond after any necessary verification.

9. Updates and contact

We update this page and its revision date when features, service providers, or data practices change. Significant changes will be announced here or in the App.
