Komorebi Shogi Privacy policy

Scope and operator

RT Information System ("we") explains how the iOS and Android versions of Komorebi Shogi handle information. This policy applies to the version being prepared for release as of September 15, 2026.

On-device information and its purposes

The app stores your player name, current board and moves, opponent and side selections, results, unlocked opponents, game records, sound/display/control settings, and recovery copies of saved data on your device.

This information is used to resume games, display progress and statistics, apply settings and recover saved data. The game save feature does not send it to our servers.

Advertising, accounts and transmission

The current app has no advertising, in-app purchases, account registration, proprietary cloud sync or analytics SDK. CPU decisions and gameplay run on your device. We do not track you using advertising identifiers or sell your gameplay data.

The app has no feature that accesses photos, contacts, location or microphone data. Music and sound effects are played from bundled assets.

Retention, deletion and backups

Game data is retained on your device. Use Delete App on iOS, or clear the app storage or uninstall on Android, to remove local app data. Offload App on iOS keeps its data. We cannot restore your game data after deletion.

App data may be included in operating-system backups or device transfers. Retention, deletion and restoration of backups follow your OS or backup-service settings. The app does not provide its own cloud backup.

Support inquiries

If you email us, we handle your email address, message and any screenshots or device information you choose to provide to investigate issues, respond and follow up. Contacting us is optional. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information about other people.

We use an email service for support and limit use of this information to what is needed to handle the inquiry. We delete it after support ends unless continued support or legal retention requires it. Contact us below to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information.

External services and this website

App stores, OS diagnostics and backups, and services such as TestFlight are governed by their providers’ terms and privacy policies. TestFlight testing information may be handled through Apple’s services.

Visits to this website are separate from the game running on your device. See our company privacy policy below for website hosting and web analytics practices.

Policy changes

When app features or information handling change, we will update this page and its revision date and provide additional notice in the app or elsewhere when needed.
