How many sessions can history hold?

Unlimited. Everything is stored on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes the data.

Can I migrate history to a new device?

Automatic migration and restore from backup are not currently supported. You can export your history as CSV from Settings for safekeeping.

Are there any in-app purchases?

No. The app is fully free, with no subscriptions or one-time purchases. It uses in-screen banner ads only, with no paid ad-removal option.

I feel unwell

Stop fasting immediately and take fluids, salt, and a light snack. If symptoms persist, see a healthcare provider. This app is not medical advice.

Notifications aren't coming through

iOS: Settings → Notifications → "Fasting Island" and turn notifications on. Android: App info → Notifications.
