Fasting Island ("the App") respects your privacy and is built on the principle of collecting as little information as possible.

1. Information we collect

The App stores the following information entirely on your device. None of it is sent to a server.

• Fasting start/end times and target duration
• The plan you have selected (12:12 / 14:10 / 16:8)
• Whether you have agreed to the medical disclaimer

2. Sharing with third parties

We do not share the above information with any third party. The App does not collect identifying information (name, email, etc.).

3. About advertising

The App may display banner ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect information such as advertising IDs to deliver ads.

4. Analytics and crash reports

Firebase Analytics may collect app-usage events and Sentry may collect crash information to improve quality. Fasting-history content and personally identifiable information (PII) are not sent.

5. Notifications

Goal-completion notifications are scheduled locally on your device. They do not pass through any server.

6. Deleting your data

Uninstalling the App removes all on-device data.

7. Children

The App is not primarily intended for users under 13. It is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have a history of eating disorders.

8. Policy changes

This policy may be updated without notice. Material changes will be announced inside the App.
