RT Information System provides FLV Video Player - Fast Play. This policy covers local playback and, in Android versions that include it, optional rewarded-ad video conversion (prepared for version 1.0.16). Availability depends on the version installed; publishing this policy does not mean that the new version has been released. The Android advertising provisions below do not apply to the ad-free iOS/macOS versions or older Android versions without advertising.
Video files
The app accesses files you select for playback or conversion. Video processing takes place on your device. The app does not upload your video files, filenames, playback history or review notes to our servers or send them to the advertising SDK as advertising data. If you select a file from a cloud storage provider through the system file picker, that provider's service and privacy policy apply to downloading the file.
Data and local storage
No account or sign-in is required. Playback positions, settings and review notes, where available, are stored on your device. Android conversion also stores temporary input/output files and an earned conversion credit locally. Pro purchases are not enabled in the Android rewarded-conversion version. We do not operate a server for collecting your playback history; advertising-related processing by Google is described separately below.
Optional Android conversion and sharing
Where this feature is available, you can choose to complete a rewarded ad to earn one conversion. The credit is used after a successful conversion; a failed or cancelled conversion retains it for retry. Conversion depends on the file and codec and may fail. Declining a conversion rewarded ad does not disable playback; separate playback advertising is described below.
Converted videos are kept in the app's cache until removed by the app, the operating system or clearing local data. Save files you wish to keep using the share action. Videos or exported notes are shared only when you explicitly choose a destination through the system share interface. The receiving app or service then handles the shared data under its own policy.
Android advertising and consent
Android version 1.0.16 also includes playback interstitial ads. Starting a newly opened video counts once. After every third such start, an available full-screen ad may appear when that video reaches its natural end. Pause/resume does not add a count. The counter is stored locally and removed when app data is cleared. Ads are not inserted into an ongoing video; unavailable ads are skipped.
The advertising version integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). UMP contacts Google to check consent requirements and manage choices, including when the app opens. After the applicable consent checks permit advertising requests, ads may be preloaded at startup or during ordinary playback, as well as requested for optional conversion. Advertising-related data processing is therefore not limited to users who choose conversion.
Google's advertising SDK collects and shares data such as IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device and account-related identifiers including the Android advertising ID when available, app/ad interactions and diagnostic or performance information. These are used for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Processing varies with consent, device settings and ad configuration. This is distinct from your local video content: the app does not provide the SDK with your selected videos or review notes. The app does not request precise GPS location for advertising.
Where required, a consent message provides choices about advertising-related processing. You can revisit available choices through the app's information button and “Ad privacy choices” when this option is required and available. Android settings also provide advertising-ID controls. Refusing personalised advertising is not necessarily the same as preventing every network request or all data processing; ad availability and limited-ad processing depend on Google's configuration and the choices made. Ordinary playback remains available if ads or consent services cannot be used.

Ad partners listed in the consent message and services opened from an ad may also process information under their own policies.
Deleting local data
On Android, clear the app's storage or uninstall it to remove its local settings, cached files and conversion credit. On iOS, deleting the app removes its local app data. On macOS, app data may remain after the application is removed; contact us for help locating it. Your original videos and files already saved or shared outside the app are not deleted by clearing the app's data. Device backups are managed through your operating system's settings. Clearing local data does not erase information already processed by Google or a service you chose; use that provider's privacy controls or contact it for those requests.
Protected content
The app does not circumvent digital rights management or decrypt protected files.

RT Information Systemが提供するFLV Video Player - Fast Playのプライバシーポリシーです。ローカル動画の再生と、対応するAndroid版の任意のリワード広告付き変換機能（バージョン1.0.16向けに準備）について説明します。機能の提供状況はインストールしたバージョンによって異なり、この文書の公開は新バージョンの配信開始を意味しません。以下のAndroid広告に関する説明は、広告のないiOS・macOS版、および広告機能のない旧Android版には適用されません。
動画ファイルへのアクセス
本アプリは、ユーザーが選択したファイルへ再生または変換のためにアクセスし、動画の処理は端末内で行います。動画ファイル、ファイル名、再生履歴、確認ノートを当社のサーバーへアップロードしたり、広告データとして広告SDKへ送信したりしません。システムのファイル選択画面からクラウドストレージ上のファイルを選んだ場合、ダウンロードにはそのサービスの利用条件とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
情報の収集と端末内への保存
アカウント作成やログインは不要です。再生位置、設定、および対応版の確認ノートは端末内に保存されます。Androidの変換機能では、入力・出力の一時ファイルと、獲得した変換1回分の権利も端末内に保存します。Androidの広告付き変換版ではPro購入を有効にしていません。当社は再生履歴を収集するサーバーを運用していません。Googleによる広告関連の情報処理は、以下で別途説明します。
Androidの任意の変換機能と共有
対応版では、ユーザーの選択によりリワード広告の視聴等を完了すると、1回分の変換権利を獲得できます。権利は変換成功時に消費され、失敗・キャンセル時は再試行のために保持されます。ファイルやコーデックによっては変換できない場合があります。変換用のリワード広告を選ばなくても再生機能は利用できますが、以下で説明する再生後広告は別途表示されます。
変換結果はアプリのキャッシュに保存され、アプリやOSによる削除、または保存データの消去まで保持されます。残したいファイルは共有操作で保存してください。動画や書き出したノートは、ユーザーがシステムの共有画面で送信先を明示的に選択した場合に共有されます。共有後のデータは、送信先のアプリやサービスのポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
Androidの広告と同意
Androidバージョン1.0.16には再生後のインタースティシャル広告も含まれます。新しく開いた動画の再生開始を1回と数え、3回ごとに、その動画が最後まで再生された時点で、利用可能な全画面広告を表示する場合があります。一時停止からの再開は数えません。回数は端末内に保存し、アプリのデータ消去で削除されます。動画の再生途中に広告を挿入せず、広告が利用できない場合は表示を省略します。
広告対応版にはGoogle AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）とGoogleのUser Messaging Platform（UMP）を組み込みます。UMPはアプリ起動時などに、同意の必要性や選択内容を管理するためGoogleと通信します。必要な同意確認を経て広告リクエストが許可されると、任意の変換操作時に加え、起動時や通常再生中にも広告を事前に読み込む場合があります。そのため、広告関連の情報処理は変換を選択したユーザーだけに限定されません。
Googleの広告SDKは、IPアドレス（おおよその地域の推定に使われる場合があります）、利用可能なAndroid広告IDなどの端末・アカウント関連の識別子、アプリ・広告の操作情報、診断・性能に関する情報等を収集・共有します。これらは広告配信、効果測定、分析、不正防止に利用されます。処理内容は同意、端末設定、広告設定によって異なります。これは端末内の動画そのものとは別であり、本アプリは選択した動画や確認ノートを広告SDKへ提供しません。本アプリは広告目的で正確なGPS位置情報を要求しません。
必要な地域等では、同意メッセージにより広告関連の情報処理について選択できます。同意設定の入口が必要かつ利用可能な場合は、アプリの情報ボタンから「広告のプライバシー設定」を開いて選択内容を見直せます。Androidの設定から広告IDを管理することもできます。パーソナライズ広告への不同意は、すべての通信や情報処理が停止することと同義ではありません。広告の提供可否や制限付き広告での処理は、Googleの設定やユーザーの選択によって異なります。広告や同意サービスが利用できない場合も通常の再生は利用できます。
Googleによる情報の処理、保存期間、国外での処理、プライバシー管理については、GoogleプライバシーポリシーとGoogleのサービスを使用するアプリから収集した情報の取り扱いをご確認ください。SDKの情報項目はGoogle Mobile Ads SDKのデータ開示資料でも説明されています。同意画面に記載される広告パートナーや、広告から開いたサービスも、それぞれのポリシーに基づき情報を処理する場合があります。
保存情報の削除
Androidでは本アプリのストレージ消去またはアンインストールにより、端末内の設定、キャッシュ、変換権利を削除できます。iOSではアプリの削除によりアプリ内データを削除できます。macOSではアプリを削除しても保存データが残る場合があるため、保存場所についてはお問い合わせください。元の動画や、アプリ外へ保存・共有済みのファイルはアプリのデータ消去では削除されません。端末のバックアップはOSの設定に従います。端末内のデータ消去によって、Googleや共有先サービスが既に処理した情報が削除されるわけではありません。その情報については各提供者のプライバシー管理機能や問い合わせ窓口をご利用ください。
保護されたコンテンツ
本アプリはDRMで保護されたファイルの復号や保護の回避を行いません。
